Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 April 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Crypto Swipe File website at thecryptointern.com and the associated web application (together, the "Service"), operated by The Crypto Intern ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Crypto Swipe File is a curated library of crypto marketing examples — including screenshots of ads, social posts, threads, memes, and other public-facing marketing content — designed to help marketers find inspiration and study what works. We do not claim ownership of the marketing content featured in the library; all original content belongs to its respective creators.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person — sharing login credentials is not permitted.
3. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to the Service. No payment information is required to start a trial. When your trial expires, you will still be able to browse a limited selection of free content. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
Prices are displayed in euros and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice — existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect on their next billing cycle.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at intern@thecryptointern.com within 14 days and we will review your case.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to bulk-download content from the Service
- Redistribute, resell, or republish the curated library or any substantial portion of it
- Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
7. User Submissions
If you submit content to the library (via the submit form or other means), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, modify, and distribute that submission within the Service. You retain ownership of any content you submit and can request its removal at any time.
8. Referral Programme
We may offer a referral programme that rewards you for inviting others. Referral rewards (such as discount codes or free months) are subject to change and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Abuse of the referral programme (e.g. creating fake accounts) will result in forfeiture of rewards and may lead to account suspension.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service itself — including the website design, code, curation, editorial commentary, and branding — is owned by The Crypto Intern and protected by copyright. The marketing content featured in the library (screenshots, images, text) remains the intellectual property of the original creators and is displayed for educational and research purposes under fair use / fair dealing principles.
If you are a rights holder and believe your content has been included in error, contact us at intern@thecryptointern.com and we will promptly remove it.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will be accurate or complete. The marketing examples in the library are provided for inspiration and educational purposes only — we do not endorse or recommend any specific marketing strategy, product, or cryptocurrency.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Crypto Intern shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Crypto Intern from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
